We cook with honesty and passion. At every instance, we aim to provide home-cooked meals with the highest caliber. We will be adding new delightful dishes along the way but at the moment we are supplying a primary sumptuous menu.
--------- Customers to pre-order ----------
We need our customers to order our delicious food 24 hours in advance before the desired delivery and as much as a month in advance. By knowing customer orders beforehand, we can provide a high quality takeaway service with great taste delivered to your door.

-------- When will my order arrive? --------
Your order will arrive via our in-house delivery service between 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM on your specific delivery day, which you choose during your order placement. If you require a delivery before 5:00 PM then this is available to select for an additional £5.00 if prior notice is given.
-------- How do I pay for my order? -------
You will need to pay for your order before we can deliver it. You can do this online via our website: www.kaysarskitchen.co.uk or using a debit or credit card to our bank account.

within 3 miles radius of Hatfield for orders of £20.00+
within 8 miles radius of Hatfield for orders of £40.00+
-------- What if my order doesn't arrive? ---------
If you have any problems then please contact us by calling on 07944 781558 and we'll sort out any problems you have. Your custom is very important to us and we want to make sure your experience of our service is of the highest quality.

Friday to Sunday: 5:00pm – 10:00pm
--------- Can I cancel my order at any time? ---------
If you've changed your mind and no longer want to receive your food - you can cancel at any time so long as your order has not already been processed. If payment has been made and your order has been processed, we unfortunately cannot cancel or edit these orders.
--------- Safety ---------
To ensure our drivers and customers safety we will call you when outside your home and leave your food order at your doorstep. It is extremely important to provide a phone number that will be answered when ordering as failed deliveries due to nobody answering the phone number given are still chargeable.

Whilst we have strict controls in place, unfortunately it is not possible for us to guarantee that our dishes will be 100% allergen free. We advise you to contact us directly for advice before placing your order.
